1. γ-linolenic (GLA) acid is an ω-6 fatty acid. Linolenate (in the form of esters of gamma-linolenic acid) is primarily found in vegetable oils such as evening primrose oil, blackcurrant seed oil, borage seed oil, and hemp seed oil. GLA has the healthy function in prevention of cardiovascular diseases, regulating blood fat and blood sugar, fighting cancers, skin whitening and so on .

3. Industrial process of 40% and 70% GLA and its ethyl ester form(GLA EE).
